I was recently on vacation in Mexico and was so thrilled when I saw a fabric store! These are some photos from the store. I’m sure the locals thought we were nuts, taking pictures in a boring old fabric store. They had so many embellishments, ribbons, buttons, and sequins, it was mind boggling. What they didn’t have was quilting cotton. It always surprises me that quilting is such an American tradition. No purchases for me, but it was fun to browse!

We're in the news again!
The News and Observer (Raleigh, NC’s newspaper) did a nice story on us today!
Patchwork Memories in the news!
I was honored to be interviewed by Sarah Hall from our local news station, WRAL. Read all about it here, in her blog!
Congrats to our Ravenscroft winners!
We recently donated a Patchwork Memories gift certificate to Ravenscroft’s school (in Raleigh, NC) auction. The auction was last Saturday evening, and our donation was auctioned for four times the original value! Congrats to Jonathan and Laurie K. for their win, and we look forward to making their quilt soon!
