Once you've discussed your project with Julianne, you can gather up the items you want included in your project.
It helps us if you put a little piece of masking tape on the parts of the clothing you want us to use.
Click on the link below and print out and complete our Customer Agreement Form. You might also find the T-Shirt grid helpful (but not necessary) if you're ordering a T-shirt Quilt.
We require a 50% deposit before we can start work on your project. You're welcome to include a check with your items or we can send you an invoice that you can pay via credit card.
Box everything up and send it off to us.
